We have made our midway vendor space as cost effective as possible.  Your vehicles will be given parking passes free of charge.  Please, no vehicle parking in the midway.  Extra staff passes are discounted from public rate (they must be staff for your display). RV overnight camping IS permitted, and our host hotel will be giving a vendor discount for pre-registered vendors.  Our layout proposes to make a true midway, where the vendors are the center path of the entire event.  Pre-registered vendors will also have first opportunity to renew the same space at next year’s event. We will have a designated “ladies stuff” area, after all women own Mopars too.  All midway vendors will be permitted to submit business cards/catalogs for the goodie bags provided that one non-paper item is included with the submission (ie. pen, keychain, stickers …etc…).  If you simply cannot attend this years event, but want your business name in this wide open market you can sponsor a goodie bag item.  Call our Vendor Co-ordinator Michelle today at (321) 243-5231.
